Idyllic Rural Retreat


Hua Hin on the western coast of the Gulf of Thailand is characterised by a warm tropical climate and the summer palace of the King of Thailand is located here.

Laze on the 8km stretch of unspoilt beach or take in a round of golf on one of the world-class courses such as the Royal Hua Hin Golf Course. Explore the picturesque town and head up to Kao Takeab for spectacular views from the town's highest point. Try 'Kanoms', the famous Thai sweets and visit the railway station complete with a restored locomotive engine. The Kaeng Krachan National Park is home to a diverse selection of wildlife and is a magnificent area of natural splendour.

A big attraction of this town is the sport of Elephant Polo. The tournaments are held in Pradiphat Pine Forest and draw both participants and spectators from near and far. Hua Hin also has a delicious assortment of restaurants offering the best of local cuisine.
