The tranquillity of grand temples changes swiftly into the rhythmic pulse of the vibrant nightlife and street markets of Thailand's cities.

Visit tranquil Chang Mai for rice fields and cool mountains or Hua Hin, where Thai royals spend their days. Travel south to take in the tropical islands of Phuket, Krabi and Koh Samui. Spend your days being pampered with daily massages on magnificent beaches or go diving to explore underwater beauty. Stay in traditional Thai-styled hotels or opt for hip designer accommodation. Go sailing, play golf or sample the freshest seafood. Bangkok is famous for its nightlife as well as its street bazaars, majestic temples and the floating river market where you can sample the wares of fresh produce. Experience the annual Songkran Festival in April, where locals and tourists douse each other in water as part of the traditional Thai New Year celebrations.
