Can I book all dnata Holidays hotels and packages online?

dnata Holidays offers bookings online for various hotels and packages across the world. We try to make all our products bookable online, but there will be some hotels and packages that can only be booked on request. For these hotels and packages, we would ask you to complete our Request a Quote form.

What is included or excluded from the holiday price?

When making any booking with dnata Holidays, on our website or with our agents in our offices, we will in most circumstances include all taxes and surcharges. In some instances, certain destinations will charge local taxes, either in the hotel or upon departure at the airport, and when these can not be collected by us, we will advise you accordingly. The price of any holiday booked includes only the items specified in your confirmation. It does not include items of a personal nature including, but not limited to, insurance, transport to or from the airport at the first departure point, refreshments, meals unless specified, optional excursions, passport and visa fees, porterage, gratuities or taxes, unless otherwise specified, which shall in each and every case be the responsibility of the traveller. Hotel check-in/out times are fixed and there are no guarantees for early/late check-in/out unless paid for.

What happens when I fill out a Request a Quote Form?

Your completed form is sent to our holidays specialists, who will build a travel itinerary according to your request, and contact you with in 24 hours.

What happens when I make a booking online?

After you have gone through the 5 step booking process, and received a confirmation email, a booking has been created in our system. As the flight and hotel bookings happen automatically, our agents will ensure all services have been booked correctly to ensure your peace of mind. Our travel specialist will normally contact you within 24 hours to email / courier you your tickets and holiday vouchers. Payment is taken within 24 hours from the time of booking. This may vary on public/bank holidays. You can contact us at during our opening times on 8008118 to speak to one of our specialists about your booking. Please remember to quote your online confirmation reference, and to inform the agent you have made the booking online.

What Credit Cards can I use?

You can use all MasterCard, Visa and Diner cards issued in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait. We do not accept American Express Online. If you wish to use an American Express Card to book your holiday, please complete a Request a Quote form or contact us on 8008118.

What happens with my Credit Card when booking online?

We will process the payment through our secure Emirates Group online payment system. If your booking is confirmed online, we will collect full payment within 24 hours. If your booking is on request, we will only collect full payment once all services have been confirmed to you. If your booking can not be confirmed, we will offer a suitable alternative. If this is not acceptable to you, we will cancel the booking and your credit card will not be charged.

Which Airlines does dnata Holidays work with?

dnata Holidays offers packages on various airline carriers, and the first airline returned in your online booking will be the shortest duration. If available, you will be given an option to choose an alternative airline, with different prices.

Does dnata Holidays offer hotels not showing on the website?

dnata Holidays has over a thousand hotels across 33 destinations. Not all of these destinations and hotels are online. We are working towards having these online, but if you cannot find what you are looking for, please complete a Request a Quote form or contact us on 8008118.

Do I need Travel Insurance before I travel?

dnata Holidays strongly recommends that you take a comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to travel. It is not compulsory to take out dnata Holidays Insurance, however it is essential to have some form of holiday insurance. A good insurance policy should cover you for: 1. Cancellation of holiday prior to travel 2. Loss of luggage 3. Flight delays 4. Theft and loss of valuables 5. Injury and/or illness while on holiday
